Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in advertising, media production, and digital content.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Pitch services to potential clients and prepare customized proposals.
- Collaborate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in media, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle corporate accounts.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing & production services will be an added advantage.
- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing / Media / Business Management (MBA preferred).
Experience: 2–3 years in business development or client servicing.
