Welcome to Quick Time Production Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, website, or engaging in a professional relationship with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Overview

Quick Time Production Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service creative agency based in Dombivli, Mumbai, established in 2019 by Ganesh Nayak, Sumit Gala, and Rajas Chaudhary. With a team of over 30 professionals, we specialize in graphic design, illustration, motion graphics, 3D animation, strategy, photography, and copywriting.

2. Services Offered

We offer a range of creative services including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design
  • Motion Graphics
  • 3D Animation
  • Creative Strategy
  • Photography & Videography
  • Copywriting and Content Creation

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be detailed in individual project proposals or agreements.

3. Client Engagement & Responsibilities

  • All project requirements must be clearly communicated in writing before work begins.
  • Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials (e.g., logos, brand guidelines, content) in a timely manner.
  • Delays in client inputs may affect project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including project cost, advance amount, and payment schedule, will be outlined in the project invoice or agreement.
  • Late payments may result in delays in service delivery or additional charges.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All original content created by Quick Time Production remains the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts) that may require separate licensing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quick Time Production Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Delays caused by force majeure events or client-side delays
  • Issues arising from the misuse or unauthorized modification of our deliverables

8. Office & Studio Access

Clients visiting our studio located in Dombivli are requested to schedule appointments in advance. Access to the studio floor is subject to availability and usage guidelines.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for all completed work up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
