We are now looking for a Client Servicing Executive (Female) who is passionate about building client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Role Overview
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding client needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative/marketing teams.
Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Coordinate, follow up, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of services.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by addressing queries and providing support.
Prepare and share presentations, reports, proposals, and meeting notes.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through client engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media (BMM), Business Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management (preferably in advertising, media, or creative agencies).
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or media services will be an advantage
