RR Hospital, based on the agency’s advice, is rebranding to better meet current customer needs. While focused on patient care, the hospital overlooked its branding and messaging. The aim is to achieve a more modern image. 

Goals for rebranding:

RR Hospital is rebranding to reflect its premium image and past success. The plan includes targeted social media messaging to understand patients, boosting online presence, and revamping the website for a modern, user-friendly experience. After all, even hospitals need a makeover sometimes!

2. Rebranding Strategy

The agency suggested retaining the “RR” initials due to the hospital’s registration under the “RR” trust. After careful consideration, “Carre1” was chosen. Social media will position Carre1 as knowledgeable and becoming an advisory.

3. Implementation

Posting on Instagram and Facebook to connect with the community, sharing healthcare tips and resources to become a trusted source. Brightening the hospital’s interior to create an uplifting environment for patients and visitors.

Results:

Raising awareness of Carre1 as a top multi-specialty hospital in Dombivli, aiming for more patient visits and retention. Building trust to boost our reputation as a great healthcare provider—because a little trust goes a long way.
