We are looking for a SEO Executive who is passionate about search engine optimization, data-driven marketing, and helping businesses achieve sustainable organic growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies for multiple client projects to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
You will work closely with content writers, web developers, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure websites follow SEO best practices and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, image optimization, and internal linking.
- Execute technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes related to crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects, and website performance.
- Optimize website architecture and user experience in collaboration with developers.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement content optimization strategies for landing pages and blogs.
- Conduct backlink analysis and support ethical link-building initiatives.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated throughout projects.
- Identify and troubleshoot ranking drops, indexing issues, and technical errors.
- Support local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management where applicable.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website architecture.
- Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with local SEO and international SEO projects.
- Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and performance marketing concepts.
- Understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with SEO reporting dashboards and data visualization tools.
